Snow in Summer ~ the Dog about Town ~ weekend of September 13th, 2014

we

have shaken

 the heavy, wet snow off

all the trees on our property and

the most adversely effected trees in our neighbourhood

following the two days of surprise winter here in Calgary.  our power

was out for half a day but it made for some lovely intimate candlelight, cozy warm blankets

and fun walks

in deep snow for Jake.

one of the things Jake enjoyed the most was

routing around in the snow in search of hidden scent treasures . . .

sometimes I think he just likes to

get his nose cold and

sneeze snow out

through

it.
