a pretty good weekend for weather.

if you haven’t already, be sure to check out the Edworthy Park off leash area . . .

Edworthy Park Off Leash

Dates:  Saturday & Sunday:  July 27th & 28th, 2013

Location:  5050 Spruce Dr. S.W., Calgary, AB

Time:  5AM to 11PM

                             Cost:  free

the off leash park is bordered by Sarcee Trail SW on the west side and Bow Trail SW on the south side.

to access the park you must drive into the neighbourhood of Wildwood to get to Spruce Drive.  the off leash park is left onto Spruce Drive not down the hill.  there are 3 separate parking lots as you continue down Patrick Avenue SW.

there is loads of fun to be had at the park . . .

. . . but keep a close eye on your puppy; there is no fencing around this off leash area.  and bring LOTS of water.  Jake drank 500ml in an hour and a half of ball, walking resting and playing at 20 degrees Celsius.
